– “How Traditional Retail Business Sees the Future”

Tan Thiam Hock a successful entrepreneur, is the founder and director of Alliance Cosmetics Sdn. Bhd, and Independent Non-Executive Director of the Caring Pharmacy Group Bhd..Tan created SILKYGIRL – an award winning homegrown brand. He completed the AMP program at Harvard Business School in 2012. He shares his experiences in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry and provide useful tips for future entrepreneur as a writer in The Star newspaper’s weekly column.

(ii) Mr. Clarence Leong Chee Yee, CEO of ‘Easy Parcel’

           – “How E-commerce Logistics is Changing the Business Landscape”

Clarence Leong, a well accomplished Malaysian entrepreneur. Clarence started Daily Deals business (Groupon alike) and EziVoucher. He also started EasyParcel, a web-based parcel consolidator and e-Commerce shipping solutions provider. Within a year, EasyParcel was awarded the Malaysian Top 20 Cradle Coach & Grow Startup Company 2014, People’s Choice Award 2016 by BOSS and Best Malaysian Startup 2016 by APICTA. The company serves over 85,000 SMEs across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia.
